For increased protection and hide when making drastic color changes, use Krylon® Rust Tough® Primer as base coat under paints.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS	Best results when air and surface temperatures are between 55°F (12°C)-75°F (24°C) and humidity is below 60%. Applying outside this range may impact finish.
