The Keeper® 16 ft. Rope Wrangler is a quick way to tie down cargo. It features an easy release cam mechanism to position and secure loads. To operate attach the hook to an anchor point, secure rope over the cargo load, push the lever down while pulling rope through to desired tension and then release lever to lock the rope into place.
